Harsh, but fair. Or is it...6x10 mile daily runs, is it doable?!

Give yourself 5 or gig, you're worth it.

    Nice.

Might take it a bit easier next month though. Getting time to run at weekends and three times during the week was tough enough this month.

Also the sudden step up from 15 miles a week to 20-25 miles a week was not so good for someone my age...

Loch Ness marathon pretty much went according to plan, finished in 3:59:50 \o/

Not going to be able to transfer it from my Garmin to Nike+ until tomorrow though. No idea if that'll register for next month's challlenge? Probably shouldn't count it really. will hold off uploading until the end if the month.l

    @SaucyGeoff
Absolutely, nearly messed up too, last mile seemed so much longer than the rest.

Great event though, incredibly well organised and the scenery is amazing. Would recommend it to anyone looking for an autumn marathon next year

Adidas Thunder Run 24 entries open in 3 weeks.

Potential Thunder Runners - brace yourselves for the final question of are you "all in".

    Thanks all.

Yeah, the last mile was pretty stressful. Got snapped 6 times by the event photographers in the run up to the finish and I'm checking my watch in nearly all of the pictures.

Oh and I'm still up for the Thunder Run. I'm looking at running the Milton Keynes Marathon again on 6th May, so as long as it's not too close to that, count me in.

The cunts. I bought a fuel band just two bloody months ago, now this one has a heart rate monitor etc? Bugger.

I do still have my hrm, but the fuel band would be a damned sight easier. Grr.

It was a spur of the moment purchase, on a whim when we were on holiday.

The timing is absolutely typical though! Sod's law...

I've never ran so much for ages, consistently throughout the last few weeks I mean. Feel I finally may have a shot at finishing relatively alright in the monthly challenge for a change. But got a bloody wedding tomorrow! All that drinking and dancing will likely ruin my running on Sunday... Although a hungover run could be good if it dulled the senses somewhat.

I'm sure I once ran slightly hungover and just couldn't feel any pain so kept running for ages. Hot marathon tip for you lads, just get hammered the night before! Easy!

I'm currently lying on my couch absolutely destroyed beyond anything I've done this year, I put everything into the Wirral 10k this morning final race of the year.

Smashed my pb. Went from 53.41 to. 52.55. What a way to way end the season, great course and yeah made up. Not bad considering its a year ago this Friday when I sat down with my friend as a 19 stone fatty and asked did she think I could do a 10k.

Now a few days off I think.

Hope things went well for the half ReGuRgIt8oR.

Fibit are also launching a new thing
    http://gizmodo.com/the-fitbit-force-hands-on-ahh-this-is-more-like-it-1443256632

I actually want the fitbit a little more, as I like the idea of it integrating with scales.

    HOWEVER

My gym has equipment which allows me to plug my ipod in and record workouts with nike+, so I currently use and like that eco system. If only it had a weight recording a food recording bit.
