No thread so I'll start one.

Great game, which recently scored highly on EG. It's prequel is free from the same site.

I loved it, really harks back to the great old lucasarts stuff. I would highly recommend it, and will try to answer any questions from anybody who's stuck via a hint-type fashion.

I lurk. If I've spoken to you, I'm either impassioned, or drunk.

I'm stuck. I do not own this game and can therefore not play it.

    Can you help?

Buy it. It's utterly worth the meagre price they're asking.

Try the currency you have in your bank account to purchase the software

Finally got around to finishing BTDT this morning, quite an entertaining few hours, really liked it. When the credits rolled I saw a familar name, none other than Captain Binky!

    Coincidence? ;)

I bought this last week. I am still in the middle of Ben There, Dan That but I am really enjoying myself.

By the way, is there any particular order in which I should play the games? If there is I hope I shouldn't have played Time Gentlemen, Please! first.

Time Gentleman, Please is the sequel to Ben There, Dan That, so I'd assume you should probably finish that first before starting TGP.

Only just started with BTDT myself, as I wasn't aware of the game at all until GamesTM's excellent review of TGP and the accompanying interview with Dan Marshall. It's just such a great game that really deserves more of a spotlight on it. It's funnier than Monkey Island, and every bit as good to play as any of the Lucasarts adventure games of back then.

It also holds claim to being the only game that has slyly found a way of making me actually read an online bible. What a fantastic puzzle that was!

Ah c'mon, it was an art role wasn't it? Loved the art style of BTDT, and I'm a few hours in on TGP and loving that as well. It has very well observed humour, I really like it.

    Buy it people!

Give yourself 5 or gig, you're worth it.

You read an online bible because of the game or to get the answers? Because there's a bible with all the answers in the very same room with the puzzle :)

I couldn't find any way of reading it though.

Still, I much preferred searching out an online bible and typing in, say, Isaiah 64:6 and coming up with a clue that way. Felt that much more satisfying to the point that I think that everyone should've been forced to do it that way. Assuming they don't know the whole bible off by heart that is...

Has anyone played this on a netbook? I really like the look of it, but my little netbook with its tiny screen is the only Windows machine I own.

Maybe I'll download Been There Dan That and see if that's alright first.

It's a flash game right? All I know is that this computer, the one I'm playing it on, is in no way shape or form a gaming PC and it still works perfect.

Sorry should have said, I meant is it a problem playing it on a teeny tiny screen, not so much whether it would actually run as I can't imagine it would have any issues. I'm downloading Ben There Dan That now anyway to try it out.

Well Ben There Dan that works absolutely fine on my eeePC 904. Unfortunately I'm so shit at this type of game that I haven't been able to get off the first screen and have had to look at a guide. The shame.
