I would love to play that again. If there had ever been a patch I would have.

Started on TF2 free to play on PC for a bit, but sadly I just don't get the time.

How is RE: 4 HD & RE: CODE Veronica on the 360? Anyone know? Thinking about getting one of them.

Apparently (according to the CAG forums) Darksiders is cheaper in Australia and something like 320 points in Hungary. o_O

Oh, and I can recommend both of those games at £5.49/£8.99 anyway. :) Although... wait a minute... they were released together in that double-pack that went as low as ~£11, weren't they? Hmmm. Don't seem to be in stock at nearly that price now. Oh, well. Buy buy buy! :)

I may as well share this here, as it's rare to get decent discounts (we'll see) on decent Games on Demand:

[From Major Nelson] I wanted to let you know that starting February 26, 2013 and running through March 4, 2013, over 60 Xbox 360 Games on Demand titles will be on sale up to 75% off with some as much as 85% off for the “Xbox Ultimate Game Sale”*

Each day, a different set of titles will be on sale, because I'm a cunt who insists on making things difficult for my customers. That's right. You'll need to check every day.

Some of the titles you can expect to see on sale:

    Assassins Creed
    Assassins Creed 2
    Batman Arkham Asylum
    Batman Arkham city
    Bioshock
    Borderlands
    Borderlands 2
    Brotherhood (Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood)
    Call of Juarez
    Call of Duty 2
    Call of Duty 3
    Call of Duty: Black Ops
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
    Code Veronica
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic: Elements
    Dead Island
    Dirt 2
    Dishonored
El Shaddai Ascension of the Metatron
    Fable III
    Fallout 3
    Fallout 3 New Vegas
    GRID
    Halo 3
    Halo 4
    Halo Reach
    Halo Wars
    Kane & Lynch Dead Men
    Left for Dead 2
    Max Payne 3
    Metal Gear Solid HD
    Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker
    Mortal Kombat
    Mortal Kombat vs. DCU
    Orange Box
    Portal 2
    Raccoon City
    Rainbow Six Vegas
    Rayman Raving Rabbids
    Resident Evil 4
    Resident Evil 5
    Resident Evil 6
    Red Dead Redemption
    Revelations (Assassin’s Creed Revelations)
    Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution
    Street Fighter IV
    Street Fighter X Tekken
    Super Streetfighter IV Arcade Edition
    TC’s H.A.W.X.
    Tekken 6
    Tekken Tag Tournament 2
    The Darkness
    The King of Fighters XIII
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2
    Tomb Raider Legend
    Virtua Fighter 5
World at War (Call of Duty: World at War)

*Content availability and pricing may vary by region.

After scanning the list multiple times and finding absolutely nothing, the MGS: Peace Walker retrospective on the EG front page reminded me that I wouldn't mind the MGS games. The disc version didn't drop too far in price (and even seems slightly rare), but it's worth noting that the disc contains MGS2, 3 AND Peace Walker, compared to Peace Walker being sold separately to 2 & 3 on Games on Demand. What.

Still, a 50% discount on those would be an easy buy for me.

What is this shit, a Sale reveal that doesn't actually reveal what is on Sale each day? LOLZ.

Sort of tempted to finally pick up Civ Rev and perhaps some Metal Gears - think Peacewalker is already £11.99 On Demand so probably will be a storming reduction to £8.99 I suppose. All depending on the price, and assuming it isn't on sale while I'm busy not checking every day.

Microsoft's idea of a sale is to take virtually nothing of the good games and heavily discount the shit ones.

At least on the pan network you get free games.

The deals are announced on a daily basis no doubt to ensure people miss a bargain:-)

I'd love to see a sub-£10 deal for Arkham City. I've already got it on Steam, but I've had trouble with GFWL and my saved-games. I'm hoping that the console version will be a little more 'stable'.

I'd strongly recommend trying the 360 demo first, caligari. I'm not a graphics whore, but the difference in graphics really is knight and day. Ho ho. Seriously.

El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron has just dropped to an amazing 240MSP! \o/

It's also not available in most countries and it's completely region-locked anyway, so you'd need a US 360 to play it. :p Told you they were cunts!

Apparently these are week-long. Americans get a nice hand-holding list, naturally. It's like an "easy mode" for a sale. I much prefer my difficult method of going to each game's individual page on xbox.com.
