That was feckin epic, no complaints about the delay to the football. I thought Murray was a done when Ferrer made it 6-5, he looked dead on his feet.

Odd, I was listening to the radio and after Ferrer broke him I was fully expecting him to lose. Came into the house, turned it back on... he'd won.

    Well done moo moo.

Pretty huge fuck up from Ferrer there to be honest. In command of the rally and on championship point, to stop mid-rally and ask for a review was pretty dumb.

That was the last I heard funnily enough. I figured momentum could switch, but still... crazy.

Isner (surprise, surprise) has just been involved in an epic match with Haas. Haas won 10-8 in the fifth having had 13 match points.

Federer looks like he's going to be 2 sets to 1 down to Simon in a moment. He's look quite leggy today.

Robredo won today and he did it coming from 2 sets to love down to win in his last 3 matches!

Anyone watching Djokovic vs Nadal semi final at the French? One set each and some amazing tennis is being played already.

    Yup.

Honestly, tennis is the best sport on this planet.

... it demands so much of your body over a long (and busy) calendar year.

This match is glorious. The grunting between Djokovic and Nadal shows they both really want to win their match.

    I like Nadal.

... but he was rightly penalised for taking too long (to serve) and he just doesn't let go of it! Probably one of the worse players to get into a strop for a considerable amount of time. He won the blooming set and still looked genuinely miserable.

This match is going in a way one direction now though, which is a bit of a shame really, especially after the first two brilliant sets.

Dammit, been watching most games yet somehow missing the biggest one.

Been enjoying Seren'a romp to the final.

Into the 5 set decider. Not sure how Djokovic fought back, he looked a spent force in the last set.

    WWWOOOWWW!!!

... Nadal was serving for match yet Djokovic somehow managed to come back to make it two sets all.

I feel out of breath watching this!

My palms are sweating like crazy.

... it'll be a fifth set tie-break at this rate!

    *tries to calm down*

    Jesus.

    Amateur hour for me ...

    ... should have known that!

    I blame my nerves.

I think one Grand Slam does have tie-breakers in the final set. Either the US or Aussie one, I can't remember which. We like to keep it old school here in Europe.

Oh yes, the US Open has tie-breaks (during the fifth set).

... at least the other three has common sense, I say!

    That was exhausting.

... time to have a shower now.

I hope Tsonga wins the next match. He is a joyful entertainer.

What a match. Djokovic was brilliant but when the going gets tough, Nadal can suddenly turn into a monster and turn the match into the biggest war of attrition out there. I think I need a lie down after that.

The noise Sharapova is making is ruining this match. Come on Serena.

I'm hoping Ferrer can pull it out of the bag tomorrow but it's unlikely.

Sharapova's grunting has changed. Before it was a screech that was designed to put her opponents off, now it sounds like a proper howl of anger.

Good match. Maria Sharapova played well but Serena is in such a great form at the moment she's practically unstoppable. And such a nice touch to see Serena giving her in court interview in French as well :)

Not sure Ferrer can do much today. Nadal isn't at his absolute best but he doesn't seem troubled by anything his opponent is throwing at him.
