    I think I've managed to do it, add the LDL AC-130 script to 'CSAR Jolly Green 28'. It ran in the editor, but I couldn't test it properly as it wont let you start without players in both groups. So here's the PBO, maybe we can give it a shot tonight.

    I'm going to be missing, again! Friend has just got back from her holidays so I said i'd go round for a cuppa and a chat. Absolutely nothing going on next week so I will be about that, I hope!

    Managed to give the mission a quick test run. It all seemed to work except for an error when the AC-130 arrives. It doesn't stop the script working thankfully. I've had the error before when trying to use the AC-130 camera and that messes things up for that but we're only using an AI gunner and managed to run a mission to completion and the plane kicked the crap out of the enemies. It might prove a bit too powerful but I know how to tweak ammo counts, time the plane appears for and even damage values and radii. I'll see if I can fix the error as having a pop-up window while fending of the horde is a pain.

    Nice work on that script, from the test run it looks like it ought to make the mission even crazier on the harder difficulties! Was pretty cool hearing all the explosions before I even saw the plane.

    Implementing it was easier than expected. I claim no credit for it, it's just so well coded.

    I think the error occurs because I need to bring across the definitions for custom sounds from the description.ext file in the demo mission and into the description.ext in Jolly Green. These custom sounds only play in the camera view so the way I'm using it, they never actually get played so it doesn't kill the script. There may be other custom definitions I need to declare too.

    I think I've fixed the error (Needs 2 or more players to test) and I've also added ammo count parameters as well as AC-130 arrival- and hang-time. Tried to add damage and radius modifiers to the ammo class but I don't know how to change those values yet.

    One question, I couldn't find the scenario I joined in on afterwards in my games (not sure what it was called, the one where I was killed in the bombing run on the ammo dump by FF!)

    Aiming for 8ish again tonight if people are about? Might be an idea for our regulars to have a play getting their SixUpdater working, then we could muck about with mods too?

    No worries if not, mods as always are not *required*, and new faces always welcome. :)
