    Sorry, syrette - was offline for most of today.

    Still, I wasn't actually recommending Goodfellas. Never had a frozen pizza I'd actually recommend to anyone.

    The roquito pepper one of those is awesome. Pretty much all I eat if we have pizza, only got a Domino's near us and they're horrendously expensive without vouchers and I'm a bit it indifferent to them.

    Dominos has far better pepperoni than Papa Johns...though I do tend to find the pizzas a lot greasier and heavier, I definitely have full on coma after eating my fill of Dominos compared to PJ's.

    @Goodfella Chips, cheese and gravy is where it's at. As a Londoner experiencing this at uni in Leeds way back when, it was like a taste explosion of meaty moistness without any actual meat.

    You know what's pretty disappointing? The hot dog stuffed crust at Domino's. Nice idea, though.

    @Goodfella

    That's what she said? ...tenuous at best.

    I thought there was no way it could be bad, but it was just far too much. Plus it meant there was far too much crust/topping.

    You know what? I take it all back. I could probably eat a large pizza to myself, right now. Stuck at work until god knows what time tonight trying to fix a server about which I know next to nothing. :Z

    Texas BBQ with a cheese and BBQ stuffed crust says you don't know what you're talking about!

    Used to buy frozen pizzas but they always and without fail seemed to be total gash.

    I now buy a pack of Warburtons square wraps and use one of these as a light thin and crispy base. Spread a nice amount of Sacla pasta sauce over that and add some cheese, mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, chorizo and Parma ham and finally top with some goats cheese and you have a tasty and far healthier pizza. Adding a splash of decent balsamic to it after its cooked is a must.

    Having had the Waitrose ready made jobs they are pretty rubbish as well...certainly not worth the 5 plus they are charging. They also do one with pear on...that'll be pear on a pizza!! Um, fuck right off with that witchcraft!

    Before I discovered the world of pizza toppings (and pepperoni in particular), the old hawaiian used to be one of my favourite toppings. It's not so much that pineapple goes with pizza dough or tomato sauce, but smoked ham and pineapple? Probably the closest thing to ambrosia I know.

    Edit: Not the custard, you fucking plebs.
