OMG and WTF!?! Guys, seriously - Plyometrics is killer! I was close to quitting like three times and had to press pause twice for extra 30 second breaks. I'm aching all over. I kind of got better on a few of the exercises towards the end but most of them, in the latter half, were sorry attempts at doing what they were doing. Just couldn't keep up. Hopefully I get better.
Don't think I've sweated so much before in that amount of time. Insane! Shoulders & Arms tomorrow! Bring it... I guess.
