Im getting quite annoyed with this game, theres the bug that stops missions registering as finished once you move to far in the game, and now theres a bug that means it stops registering the Radio Tags as you progress...
I've finished the (very short) single player mission and the achievements seem to be hard work, made even harder by the bugs...
