Giant Overwatch action figures appear around the world

"Prices and participation will not vary. The figures are priceless, and participation is not possible."

Blizzard's latest marketing stunt has seen the publisher release a series of oversized Overwatch sculptures around the world.

Twitter user RuzGofDi snapped pics of a colossal action figure of Tracer in a sealed box on Hollywood Boulevard.

This isn't the only Overwatch statue popping up either, as Paris has a Genji figurine and Busan is getting one of Pharah, though that won't be ready until tonight at 4am UK time according to Blizzard's tweet.

Twitter user Mamytwink snapped the following image of the Genji figurine. (Thanks, Blizzard Watch!)

Amusingly, the fine print on the back of these oversized boxes explains that these figurines are too big to be choking hazards, though it's quite possible to choke playing Overwatch.

Here's the text in full:

"While there is no physical or legal possibility to 'play' with the giant figures, you can play as 21 different heroes in Overwatch, releasing on the 24th of May, 12:00 GMT, on major consoles and PC. CHOKING HAZARD: It is impossible to choke on the figures due to their large size. However, choking during an actual Overwatch match is possible and may result in last-minute defeats, shame, embarrassment and public ridicule, courtesy of your peers. Prices and participation will not vary. The figures are priceless, and participation is not possible."
