What is Family Guy Online?

There is a website where you can sign up for a closed beta of something called Family Guy Online.

A closed beta? Is this an MMO?

"We're glad you're aboard. Watch for more announcements soon!" reads the confirmation email received by Eurogamer.

The game is due out this autumn, according to its Facebook page.

In February Activision announced its plan to launch a Family Guy game this year. Is this it? We're trying to find out.

The game is endorsed by Twentieth Century Fox, the maker of the hit TV show.
