Watch: In-jokey achievements where you had to be there

Plus more from Outside Xbox.

Greetings Eurogamers. We like to think one can appreciate every single Outside Xbox video without any prior knowledge of the video games involved, Xbox as a console, or who these three upstarts are who insist on showing up on Eurogamer every Sunday.

By way of contrast, appreciating these in-jokey achievements absolutely required prior knowledge of whichever niche E3 conference reference they were making. Though they were at least not as incomprehensible as Mr Caffeine's jokes. Right guys? Remember him? Maybe you had to be there.

Speaking of large gatherings of enthusiasts, it's Star Wars Celebration in London this weekend. This is a convention which, as Show of the Week explains, is worth keeping an eye on if you're a fan of video games set a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.

Finally, and also set in London, we played Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter, a Victorian investigate-'em-up that takes a sharp right turn to become Victorian Chimney Sweep Simulator 2016 partway through our video. Witness that remarkable transition for yourself below.

That's all from Outside Xbox for another week, but join us over on our YouTube channel for more of this sort of thing served directly or here next week for another hand-picked selection of videos.
