Uncharted, Killzone artist making animated Portal fan movie

Graphical artist Alex Zemke, whose CV includes work on Killzone 3, Uncharted 2 and 3, SOCOM 4 and various CG-animated films, is creating an animated Portal short.

Entitled Companionship, the film will star Chell and at least one Aperture Science cube. Zemke has so far released a number of renders from the project, shown below.

Companionship will be a non-profit project, Zemke wrote on his Deviantart blog, and estimated the short will be around 10 minutes long.

Zemke recently decided to fund the film using Kickstarter, with the possibility of Chell action figures for backers.
