UK Charts: No burnout for Burnout

Entire Top 40 inside.

Burnout Paradise is still topping the UK All Formats Chart, becoming the first title of 2008 to retain pole position for two weeks on the trot.

Its sales dipped a little from last week, and the PS3 version took a bigger slice of the pie than last week with 49 per cent of sales.

Close behind was old favourite Wii Play, which benefited from Nintendo making some more consoles, while strong seller Call of Duty 4 held on at three. So that's eight weeks in the top three for Activision. Fancy.

Mario & Sonic dropped off the pace slightly to four, while Brain Training and More Brain Training sandwiched FIFA 08 at five and seven respectively.

Further down a dip in price for SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 saw it climb the ropes to eight, with Assassin's Creed and The Simpsons Game rounding out the top 10.

Big movers this week were Donkey Kong: Jet Race which sped from 33 to 11, while Zack & Wiki tumbled down from 25 to 39.

Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom only managed to reach 33 on its debut, probably because it is a bit rubbish, while Sonic and the Secret Rings and Mario Strikers Charged both hopped back into the list at 22 and 28 respectively.
