Trials Fusion update adds ability to form teams

Online multiplayer beta begins on PC.

Futuristic stunt racer Trials Fusion now includes the ability to form clan-like "teams" of up to 50 members, thanks to a new free game update.

Each team has their own name, emblem and bulletin board, so friends can co-ordinate and communicate.

The feature arrives ahead of Fusion's upcoming online multiplayer mode, which is set to launch via another free update in early 2015.

The main online mode, Online X-Supercross, will let up to eight players race on three random tracks.

There will also be options to set up a private game - where you can customise things like track gravity, bike speed or inverted bike controls - or a private game which allows spectators.

Trials Fusion currently only lets you race the ghosts of your friends online. Four-player multiplayer is only available in local play.
