Tony Hawk with tilt controls on DS

Two-game package with new puzzler.

Activision Blizzard has outlined its upcoming Tony Hawk DS title, revealing that it's actually a pair of different games in a single package, both of which make use of a built-in accelerometer.

Tony Hawk's Motion and Hue Pixel Painter, due out in November, will allow Hawk fans to control their hero by twisting, tilting and turning the actual handheld as they navigate Tokyo, Dubai, Vermont and other locations, completing "more than 20" mini-challenges including Rail Hopper and Slalom.

There's also an Alps location, where players will be able to snowboard for the first time in the Tony Hawk series with the assistance of pro snowboarder Todd Richards.

Once they're done with Tony and Todd, players can then check out Hue Pixel Painter, an "action-orientated puzzler" where Hue needs to be tilted through upwards of ten levels collecting colour and avoiding the evil Drabs.

Both games will be scored by DJ/mixer J Period and, as far as we can make out, come on a single cart. Check out our Tony Hawk's Motion / Hue Pixel Painter gallery for a mixture of screenshots.
