If you're looking for more assistance, our Witcher 3 walkthrough can help.

Peace Disturbed and Practicum in Advanced Alchemy

Peace Disturbed

Head north from the Crossroads signpost, then take the first right and follow the track. You'll come across a large archway and a couple of women stood outside. Speak to them to activate the quest. Enter the cave and follow it downwards, killing the wraiths as you go. There are noonwraiths (easy to spot) and nightwraiths (easy to miss) in there, but once you've got them all the quest will update. Head outside again and talk to the women to complete the quest.

Practicum in Advanced Alchemy

There's a small pond north of Gedyneith. Speak to the standing druid to activate the quest. For some reason he wanders off immediately, so chase him down, then ask him about the other druid. Return to Gremist, try and persuade him to teach you something, and he'll set you three fetch quests. You can do them in any order you like.

Fritjof

Head to the village of Blandare and speak to Fritjof. Agree to help him out, follow him, and defend him from the foglets. Take them out quickly as he's not the hardiest chap.

Pimpernel

Head for the marker and inspect the bush. Someone's beaten you to the punch, but there's another druid skulking in the bushes. Agree to help him and use your Witcher Senses to follow the bipedal hoof prints.

Eventually they'll merge with a lot of boot prints. Continue to follow the trail to find some funny business going on. Either side with the druid - which means a tricky fight - or side with the succubus. If you choose the fight, then when you're done use your Witcher Senses to follow the scent trail back to her cave. If you take the peaceful option she'll take you there herself. Either way, use your Witcher Senses in the cave to find the pimpernel.

Distillery

Head for the marker (if you're coming from the succubus cave, head west until you find a path going south). When you arrive you'll come across three alghouls. Once they've been defeated, follow the marker to a cave containing a cyclops. He's tough but slow, and Axii makes him a fairly easy target for some heavy blows with your sword.

Once he's dead, head into the small building to the right of the entrance and locate the distilling instructions and logbook. Read them. Head back into the cave and climb the ladder to find some mash. Go back down the ladder and place the mash inside the middle of the three metal tanks, then keep flailing away at the larger of the tanks with Ignii until Geralt says it seems hot enough (this takes a while).

Head to the levers to the right of the tanks and pull the right one followed by the left. Collect the booze from the barrel, return to Gremist, and leave him to his ritual. Meditate for 24 hours (or go and do some other quests), then return to him to collect your reward.

The Sad Tale of the Grossbart Brothers and Shock Therapy

The Sad Tale of the Grossbart Brothers

Head to Blandare and speak to Djange Frett and agree to help him with his job. Don't head for the marker though. Instead, travel to Fyresdal or Ruined Inn and take a boat round the coast in an easterly direction to find the location marked as Grotto. Head inside and down the path to the right to meet up with Frett and help him rid the world of the grim brothers.

Shock Therapy

Head to the marker, and “talk” to the druid. Wait for him to fall asleep, then Aard his pots and pans. He'll move to another rock. Aard the hornet's nest and he'll move again. Wait for him to light his fire then put it out, and he'll start to speak again. Go back to the first druid to claim your reward.

Siren's Call and Taken as a Lass

Siren's Call

East of Arinbjorn you might encounter a shepherd being harassed by some sirens. Simply save him from his grisly fate for a small reward. This is slightly easier if you've done Lord of Undvik and picked up the Hornwall Horn, but there's not a whole lot to the quest regardless.

Taken as a Lass

Heading round the coast north from Grotto, you'll find a small inlet where a couple of pirates are doing battle with a warrior. Give him a hand, then have a chat. It seems his sister was kidnapped, and he's on the hunt for the kidnappers.

Follow the marker to locate a shipwreck on a small island. Kill the sirens, then loot the chest on the boat to find a note. Read it, then move off to the next marker. His sister is just past a large crowd of people praying to Freya. Talk to her to complete the quest.

Woe is Me and Worthy of Trust

Woe is Me

As you pass through Pallisade - north east of Fyresdal - you'll find a man near the signpost who's sounding a bit sorry for himself. As you approach, two of his friends will appear and the three of them will attack. Simply wipe them out and move on.

Worthy of Trust

You'll be accosted at Kaer Trolde Harbour by a man needing money to get home. If you refuse to help, the quest concludes there and then. Give him the 150 Crowns, however, and he disappears for now. At some point in the future he'll crop up again, and ask for money with a slightly different story.

If you choose to turn him in you'll have a fight, and you can then recover your money from his corpse. Leave him be, however, then pay a visit to Fyresdal and you'll get your money back with interest.

Yustianna's Disturbed

Follow the road north out of Miners' Camp, and when it passes into the woods move a few yards off to the right of the road and follow the bottom of the mountain. You'll eventually stumble across Yustianna's Grotto.

Head inside and speak to the bandit leader, and (for the sake of simplicity) tell him you're not going to pay up, then slaughter the lot of them. Once they've been dealt with you're free to explore, and if you have the Eye of Nehaleni there is a hidden area to rummage through. There's plenty of loot to scavenge, so fill your boots!
