Sword & Sworcery soundtrack gets remix by Silent Hill composer

Suda 51 IS Logfella IN the Japanese version.

A remixed Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP soundtrack localised for Japan is available now from publisher Capybara Games.

The Scythian Steppes: Seven #Sworcery Songs contains new covers composed by various artists such as Akira Yamaoka of Silent Hill fame as well as Michiru Yamane who scored Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It's available for download at composer Jim Guthrie's Bandcamp page here and should be on iTunes in a matter of hours, Capybara just confirmed to us.

Additionally, a Japanese version of the game is out today as an update. It features Killer 7 and Lollipop Chainsaw director Suda 51 as the voice of Logfella.

The Japanese version is free, since it's an update. "You'll need to change your device language and/or Steam region to see/hear it, but it's there," said Capybara Games president Nathan Vella in an e-mail to Eurogamer. "You get to hear Suda 51's super-radio-friendly voice, as well as hear Jim Guthrie speak Japanese!"

John Teti awarded the game a 7/10 and stated " Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP is built to be loved, and I admire the hell out of it," in his Sword & Sworcery review.
