Star Wars Pinball due next week on PSN, XBLA, iOS, PC and Mac

Space balls.

Zen Studios, the developer best known for its Zen Pinball series, is releasing a set of three Star Wars tables on 27th February on PSN, Xbox Live, iOS, Mac, and Google Play. This first pack of Star Wars tables (yes, there is another) will include stages based on The Empire Strikes Back, Boba Fett, and The Clone Wars.

Confusingly, the tables' price and manner of purchase changes depending on the platform.

On Xbox Live the three-pack is an 800 Microsoft Point add-on for Pinball FX2, whereas on PSN it comes as a €9.99 / $9.99 DLC for Zen Pinball 2. The PSN version features Cross Buy support, meaning that if you purchase it on PS3 you'll receive the Vita version at no extra cost and vice versa.

The Star Wars tables are also an add-on for Zen Pinball 2 on the Mac App Store, where it's $2.99 a table.

Finally, the Star Wars tables will be available on the App Store and Google Play for $1.99 each, where they can either be purchased as DLC for Zen Pinball or bought as the standalone Star Wars Pinball.

Additional platforms will be announced later, and there will eventually be 10 tables in the final collection.
