Shenmue 3 White Lure and Diamond P location for Bai Qinghao's Capsule of Love quest explained
Where to find the rare capsule toys.
Capsule of Love is a side-quest you can come across in Shenmue 3.
It revolves around helping a child in the Village Square, Bai Qinghao, who needs to raise money to help buy his sick grandfather some medicine.
You need to find two capsule toys - White Lure and Diamond P - in order to complete the quest and earn a reward.

How to start the Capsule of Love quest in Shenmue 3
To start Capsule of Love, you need to find Bai Qinghao. He's a child dressed in a green, striped top and blue shorts, and is often found in the Village Square, near the rest of the kids practising with the martial arts instructor, Su Zixiong.
When you've found him, make sure you press the 'yellow' interaction button (Square on PS4) as shown in the corner of the screen to specifically start the quest line.
Where to find the White Lure location
Once you've agreed to help, you need to find the White Lure from the Fishing Series. This capsule machine is found in the corner of the Village Square.
You know you're in the right place when, upon attempting to use it, Ryo will comment this is where you'll find the White Lure.
Be warned that the White Lure is extremely rare. For us, it took us maybe 20 to 30 goes to find, which is a fair amount of yuan to spend.
Our recommendation? Save your game right before you begin, and if you lose too much cash, reload your save, and try again.
Keep trying and you'll get it eventually. Trust us - it's in there; you just need to keep trying.
Where to find the Diamond P location
Return to Bai Qinghao - he should still be in the Village Square - and after you hand over the White Lure, you need one more capsule toy to complete the quest - the Diamond P from the Gem Series.
This capsule machine is in Panda Market - you might have to progress the story a little further if you've just started the game - and it's right outside the arcade.
Like the White Lure, expect this to take a few tries. Between this and the slightly higher cost to play, we recommend saving before you begin, and if you spend too much cash, reload and try again.
Once you have it, then hand it over. Bai Qinghao will then run off to buy the medicine. You now need to find Bai Qinghao one more time to finish the quest.

Where to find Bai Qinghao's location to finish the Capsule of Love quest
To complete the quest, you need to visit Bai Qinghao one final time.
We found Bai Qinghao and his grandfather between the Village Square and Tao's shop, standing on the path by the cattle.
(It should be noted we spent a couple of days doing other things before finding him - it's possible several in-game days must progress before he appears, so if he isn't there, come back later.)
Speak to the grandfather (not just Bai Qinghao) to complete the quest and receive a Bird Carving (which you can sell for 102 yaun at the pawn shop) and Pawn Shop flyer - which explains how the skill exchange system works.
A lot of work for one item - but at least it's ticked off the list!
