Rock Band finally gets Grateful Dead

Six tracks. But still no albums.

Harmonix will be treating Xbox Live owners to the long-awaited Grateful Dead downloadable content this week.

Those included are: "China Cat Sunflower", "Casey Jones", "Sugar Magnolia", "Truckin'", "Franklin's Tower", and "I Need A Miracle".

Each can be bought for 160 Points (GBP 1.36 / EUR 1.92), or the entire pack for 800 Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60).

That means you essentially get one track for free if you buy the whole lot.

There's no word on a PSN release for these, bizarrely, as usually both are released hand-in-hand in the US.

Rock Band is yet to be released in Europe, with Q2 2008 the only date EA will mention.
