Red Steel 2 dated for Europe

End of March for MotionPlus slasher.

Ubisoft has announced that it will release Red Steel 2 for the Wii on 26th March. That's the same week as the North American release on 23rd March.

Red Steel 2 was originally due for release last year, but was delayed, along with Splinter Cell: Conviction, "to ensure quality".

The first-person action game is going to come bundled with the Wii MotionPlus peripheral for more accurate swordplay. It transposes the original game's urban yakuza action into a more stylised samurai Western setting. Check it out at the Red Steel 2 gamepage.
