I've been looking forward to this game for a long time. Can't wait to get started.

Biomutant review - an open world adventure buckling under its own ambitions

steve1979

A well written review, but seeing how you also have similar very mixed/negative reviews to Days Gone, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Persona 5 Strikers, and several other games I thought were excellent, I think our opinion of games is wildly divergent.

Scarlet Nexus impressions: chaotic combat, and not in a good way

The video previews I’ve seen make the combat look like fun. I’ll definitely wait for reviews on this one.

It’s more persona 5 so I’m in.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood review - breezy but scrappy RPG action

steve1979

Seems like the game to buy when it's on a big sale and you just want something mindless to play through. I can't believe we still don't have a great werewolf game, it really shouldn't be that difficult.

Ghost of Tsushima is Sony's fastest-selling new PlayStation 4 IP

steve1979

The fact that you didn't recommend Horizon, Days Gone, or Ghost, and all 3 were superb, is probably why I don't really pay attention to Eurogamer reviews anymore. I think we like different games, and that's okay.

I wouldn’t touch anything this company does after past performance. Chronicles x was apparently a huge mess, and there are people who still haven’t received content from previous kickstarters.

Fallout 76 is an entertaining compromise

steve1979

It's the first Fallout I have zero interest in. I just don't want an always online Fallout. I want interesting NPC's, I want a good vats system, and this sounds like it has neither of those things. Maybe when it's out and if the reviews say that it's brilliant I'll give it a go, but for now, I'm just not bothered about it.
