Playing through this at the moment on ps5 for the first time, first GoW game I've ever played. It's very nice, lovely enviro, controls, et al. Gameplay is good, feeling a bit samey after a while, that's probably more my lack of energy for lockdown and beat-em-ups rather than the game. It does feel similar to Oni on how it plays with arenas of enemies, calm then another muck in. Ahh I miss Oni. Perhaps I should switch up to hard. Think I preferred Bloodborne though simply for it's constant chill-factor and crap-my-pants effect the world had. GoW is so bright and pleasant, maybe I'm conditioned to think it's far too nice and pretty. Very good game and I'm sure I've got plenty more to see, not feeling the 10/10 though, probably an 8-9 for me at the moment. Hard to put down, really has that just one more quest' feeling, some good wow moments. Also the boat does feel like it hovers weirdly over the water :p |

The Last of Us Part 2 is getting permadeath

@partTimeCrazy Totally agree here, found it became a bit of a slog towards the end. Completely the opposite of the first which got more exciting and climatic as the game progressed and the last section was a brilliant piece of gaming. The sequel, not so much. Finished the first on multiple difficulties, at least 4-5 times and ran through Factions fully with both sides. Have traded part 2 in already and only plan to pick it up again when the multiplayer lands. I do think without an ongoing, building relationship like Joel and Ellie from the first, the sequel felt a bit hollow. Too many characters and not enough development. Given the plot of the first, curing the human race was also so grand, following up with a character driven standard revenge type story just felt like most other games I've played. |

Very nice. My concern however is that the audio of the game will have to be set to the absolute maximum on my tv so I can actually hear what's going on in the game over the ridiculous noise of the jet engine fan in said ps4 pro. No I don't own headphones nor wish to use them. |

This is not 'mainsteam media' in any way at all, it's a shame it's still perceived as such despite terrible circulation and all the pointless outrage these things create as everyone gets such in by the 'newsbait'. It's a select market of comics aimed at adults with funny quips and hilarious fake stories. In no way are these newspapers, they are simply entertaining rags in the same league as ladies magazines such as 'closer' 'take a break' Everyone gets in such a tizz over things printed in the sun,mirror et al which time time and time again completely fabricate entire stories & sources.
