| I would disagree that Souls games have a great combat system- I think instead they have the foundations of a great combat system. I appreciate the variety of weapons the games gave you, but my main dissapointment with Dark Souls is that From Software did nothing to expand on the move sets. Dual wielding was pretty superficial; you could only execute a single attack with the weapon in your left hand. There was no real way to use both weapons in tandem. I know that the combat is about timing and precision, but I think there should have been more ways to approach melee fights. |

| @geeza. I think the problem with TP was that Nintendo tried to please the masses who wanted an Ocarina-beater: it was always going to fall short. The strongest entries in the series ( MM,WW) have always been the ones where Nintendo tried new and exciting ideas, regardless of what the fans thought. Skyward Sword just might be one of those entries. |
