I've got one of these and it's fantastic, really really nice colour depth and deep blacks.

Couple of other minor negative points though; no HDR on Youtube (it lacks VP9 profile 2 so can't do it) and as yet there is no support for HLG. HLG files do seem to play, but there is no HDR so the BBC iPlayer HLG test doesn't work. LG have said they'll patch this in, although no confirmation of when.

Great TV though, the 4k is jaw dropping and standard HD games look amazing scaled up.

oooh nice, I like the "R" in the circle. People are always going to hate change, especially in a much loved brand, but it's a nice design.

I didn't think this was good at all when I played it at the expo. In fact I found the 'power plays' to be very scripted and repetitive and the handling model was dreadful.

bit of an over reaction i guess. its just when somethings annouced, you get a hundred replays of how its too expensive and rarely any dicussing how good said content/game is. if 5 maps were well developed / tested etc 6.80 isn't a lot of money for the dev time (plus ms tax) thats gone in.

800 points is fine, Ł6.80 for a game which is so addictive is good value. most of the tracks are pretty good, and simple gameplay is sweet. Its the perfect game for when you can't be arsed to play a game. good work bizzare!

I think its the dev's not the machine. Its a case of; 'the machine can do this...' so we'll put it on 100% on everything. After a while we should see these techniques used a little more subltly. This seems to be a chronic case of 'Bloom to mask cross platform shite'.

phantom crash was/is ace, quite simple, but hundreds of mech parts and it was really really playable. And animal AI computer chips, awesome! just 10 more fights...
