| We have to be strong, myself included, getting drawn in by the licenses. Yeah, I like my team in it's kit and seeing all the official logos and that, but every year I'm coming away from FIFA feeling let down by its gameplay. PES isn't perfect, but it feels like a football game, and you sense they're focused on that. FIFA is pretty pong. Matches are silly goal fests online. It feels like a video game more than it should. Everyone buy PES, support it, see past the Merseyside Red, Man Blue etc. For the greater good. |

Regardless of being a powerful console, I feel like Sony have really thought about what gamers want and even what they didn't realise they needed. The controller sounds great and this excites me more than the sheer power these new consoles will lugging about. Little extra touches made to fit with the times such as integrated tip videos and all the other social aspects (turn them off if you don't want, of course). The fast loading, BC, and graphical prowess is the icing on the cake. Can't wait to dig into Demon's Souls, Astrobot and Miles Morales. It's all good as I have a Series S with GamePass coming too. Lockdown never felt so good ;) |

| @riceNpea I do the option file stuff on my PS4 yeah. That's great and thank goodness for that. I'm talking about these days when you follow your favourite games on social media and the advertising that the PES team are kinda forced to go with i.e. going to individual clubs. So when you're on Twitter and you see an update for PES and you get excited (a teeny bit) and you see it's another update of Man Utd legends again! As a PES and LFC fan, it grates a little. Maybe I'm being petty. I just wish that my fave footy game took a more world football stance when advertising. I dunno. |

| CLub editions are nice, but when your club isn't featured, it's a bit of a turn off. I'm a PES fan and also a Liverpool fan and when I see a big Man Utd badge on the box posted on PES Twitter account and then. the PES team at Old Trafford getting pics with the team, I feel some sads. Then there's big Virge standing tall on FIFA front cover. I know, it's just cosmetics, but still, this does sit in your mind. Now I will get the update no doubt, but a lot will follow the clubs and players on the covers, regardless of which game may play the best - they may never know because they never tried or can't block out the rival team advertising. It's a sorry state. Especially for my beloved PES having to scrounge for each club individually. In an ideal world, it would be great to have the licesned shared and have the quality of the game on the pitch do the talking. |

@SwedBear oh goodness yes. I've heard my kids saying "I'll be the mum and I will adopt you" :) As a platform for learning how games work, it's really good. There's the drag and drop assets and testing function, which is so easy for even my 6 year old to grasp. I even did a class with my 3 kids as part of home schooling where we made an obstacle course "an obby", but we learned that you attach a bit of code to objects to give them collision detection. It may have been a bit too much for them to grasp, but I think they now know that to get games to work you need to delve into a bit of code. Maybe in a future IT lesson in real school they wil come across something similar and remember my collision detection class and go "oh Ive seen this before". |

My kids loving running around as Peppa Pig with a knife trying to kill everyone else in Roblox. There are some decent life lesson games in there as well though. They love the one where you work at a pizza place, making orders, deliver pizzas on time, but that's not all. You earn a wage and use the money to buy and upgrade your home! |
