| Its actually really good this. Its different to MW2, in the least that you can normally last more than 3 seconds without dying! If people take to it and play it properly it will be brilliant and have long term appeal. Graphically, for its scope and size it looks good too. Definately worth picking up, unless reviews for Battlefield 2 are amazing I will stick with this I think (demo didnt exactly wow me). I'd pitch MAG, at the moment at an 8. In time, as long as the game is well supported etc that score may improve for me. |

| TBH - That scene/level was bollocks. NOT needed or necessary to the story or gaming experience and I GUARANTEE there are gamers (or worse still kids) that took delight in playing through that level. The only saving grace for the devs etc is that there appears to be no acheivement(s) available to unlock for it, unless I am mistaken (hopingingly not). |

the 360 version employs the use of screen-space ambient occlusion (SSAO) to give objects in the gameworld a sense of depth and "belonging" that are not present at all in the PS3 build. What?? @OllyJ Totally agree mate. One can appreciate a genre of music or a band/artist within that movement but you don't have to own their records or wear the T-Shirt. I for one am a HUGE music fan, owning over 1200+ CDs and Vinyl but don't really dig the Beatles per se!! I can see what they stood for and how they created and influenced a generation(s) but I wouldnt put their records on in my own time!! Also FWB - what the fuck? People are allowed to dislike what is popular with the majority!! Its how great new music is formed. What if Paul, John, Ringo etc accepted the music of their time and had the same taste as the masses. It would of denied you of your 'beloved' Beatles for a start - get a grip son. Now - wheres that Monster Magnet CD? |

Sorry, but from watching the video "comparisons" I can't see how either version would be different in-game to most players. Yes, there are a few jagged edges, particuarly in the PS3 version but how often are they picked up by the naked eye in the heat of the action? I kind of liked the Resident Evil series on PS1 and 2, never played 4 mind..........not sure if I would particuarly like 5. HeyHo. |

themorganator Umm....No. Yes I had a PS1, PS2 from launch but I traded my PS2 and games for an original Xbox, then got a 360 on launch - along with a Live membership since it became available. I have now got both (sold the Wii) and I love the 360. Unless my eyes deceive me where are the massive differences in these sample videos? Ok there is slightly more clarity in the 360 Bioshock version but Dead Space and Midnight Club?? I really can't see how these would impact gameplay or be noticeable when playing - Wasn't Oblivion meant to be better on PS3? For the record I can't see it!! But maybe thats my inner Xbot speaking........... |
