During lockdown I've been trying to get through games I'd bought ages ago and JC4 was one of them. Absolutely loved 2+3 but got bored of 4 after a couple of days despite having a couple of good ideas. Getting rid of liberating towns and cities was a terrible idea and graphically it's inferior to 3. Not sure how this will work on mobile, control wise. |

I only play offline and one of the biggest issues with FIFA20 was that the defensive AI was absolutely awful. They played like people who had never played in that position in their lives regardless of the stats. Goalkeepers were either amazing or did really stupid things like run 20 yards to stop the ball going out for a goal kick only to concede a corner which was infuriating, especially when the AI scored from it. Career Mode did start off bady and is still broken now but playable (it's still better than ML though folks, sorry), the manager additions weren't bad but the press conferences were terrible and it was like being asked questions by someone who had just watched their first game of professional football. I think, as Wes says, FIFA 22 will be the big improved version with them working more on the next gen a bit like they did with FIFA 16. |

Few games on it and it looks and sounds nice, I'll give it that. Defensive AI is still borked though (just watch your CBs movement when the AI attacks, headless chickens), the clearances and loose balls still almost always go to the AI and never into space and it feels really sluggish after playing the PES demo. Lee Dixon is not as bad as Jim Beglin but still bad. Played on Legendary so it gave me a decent game but still the above bugbears annoy me. So in summary, Fifa off the pitch and PES on it. |

Superb underwater survival adventure Subnautica dated for December on PS4
| It is a really good game but I had to stop playing as the pop-ups were killing it especially when you get the Seamoth. You get to an area to explore then it'd draw a building or structure around you as it caught up and you'd get trapped and lose the Seamoth which was infuriating. XB1 by the way. |

Nice to see other people want this on consoles too! I played ETS2 on the PC before mine blew up and really enjoyed it as it's strangely relaxing. I liked also how you could tune into radio stations across the world as you went about your business. Spent a lot of time in Holland so had some weird but excellent Dutch radio on. |

I'm no fan of Real Madrid at all but I do sympathise with the fans here. The sad thing is a lot of people buy into this nonsense and it's not just "the kids". It's as annoying as people saying Club X should buy Player Y because "they're good on FIFA" but have never seen them play in real life. Any word if they're changing the cover yet? Last time I looked it had CRonaldo in his Real Madrid kit. |

I'm currently going through the Witcher 3 and it's expansions (had it for a while but completing it now before RDR2 comes out) and the level of detail, excellent dialogue, locations, know-your-enemy combat, etc is slowly making it one of my favourite games I've played in 35+ years of gaming. As this is from the same developer it sounds (and looks) incredible and the fact that it's mainly a single player pleases me greatly. Did you hear any kind of score whilst the demo was playing? |

Good review. I've made the decision not to bother this year as the Master League is exactly the same as 2017, other than they've moved the menus, and I can't be bothered recreating an option file again which takes ages on the XBone. I do like the new pace of the game and the passing seems better but they really need to sort of the refs and fouling as they've been broken for a while now. Also, stop the retired regens in ML. Be great if they could use a similar system to Football Manager. |

Whatever you think about Ubisoft you have to say this looks great. Sounds like I'm one of the few people that thought FC4 got better after about 10 missions in and I loved the Nepal setting. Troy Baker's voice acting as Pagan Min was outstanding also. I can see why people get annoyed with the immersion breaking signposted "come and look at this" stuff, etc but it's still a great single-player FPS. |

Huge ME fan and have completed the trilogy (and DLC) several times but as a few have said here, I'm really not feeling this at all. When the Fallout 4 and RDR2 trailers came out I nearly wet my pants but with this I was a bit "meh". Might change once I get my hands on it hopefully. |

Fallout 4 one year on

Still playing and loving it. Have completed the main quest (by blowing the shit out of the institute) and about half way through Far Harbour but haven't touched Nuka World yet. I love the settlement building/management and have spent far too many hours sorting them out with trade routes, enough defences, people, food, etc. I can see why people get fed up with it but there's still so much to see and do and I love (as I did in 3 & NV) the atmosphere and world. Haven't even touched the mods yet and maybe will do if/when I start again. The score from Inon Zur is absolutely brilliant too! |

They absolutely nailed the atmosphere and the sound (and score) was spot on.
My eldest (9) really wants this on the Switch but I've told him no chance as he probably won't sleep for 5 years if he does!
