Haven't had the chance to play it yet. But, if this is Housemarque taking it to the next level, I think your all being schooled in game evolution. I like to think the psychology side of the game is training the player base to want that one thing, but, they will fix everything apart from the one thing that is the core design. Hmpf, what do I know. I aint even played it! Nex Machina brought me here. |

@BBIAJ My mistake and I have played Contrast. I think I didnt get my point across very well. On the basis of Contrast and WHF, MS must have seen something very promising to make the purchase. But if WHF has taken 5 years to develop we may have a wait to see whats next. |

I once built a1/7th scale F1 car model.... It took over a year, once it was completed and somebody said it was a fantastic job, the emotions were hard to control. Cory, i can relate! |

So where do people stand with the price of Fortnite skins and the general audience the game is aimed at? Or is £20 for a premium skin acceptable as the game is FTP? Im not a fan of EA, but , if they can be called out for such practices, then surely it should apply to all devs, not just the unfashionable ones. |

I think Epic have created a great game. As previously stated, kids love this. My 12 year old girl has a ps4 but rarely uses it for gaming. That's all changed with Fortnite. I'm now her dedicated defender in duo matches, which generally consist of her hiding in a bush whilst directing me to eliminate the enemy, when the enemy if defeated she grabs the loot and gets back to a bush..... It may not sound like an enthralling game experience, but we've had such a laugh. I have to give thanks for the fact that the game is FTP and doesn't require psn sub to play. |

Corporate governance is planned years ahead. With the beginning of EA's Access model began a trend of loot boxes and microtransactions. Surely MS and Sony were privy to the say 5 year plan for monetization of EA games, this could have been where Sony took the stance that it was not good value for gamers? It seemed so strange at the time, but on reflection, this could have been them reacting to the long term plan? |

As a motorsport fan, this weekend is possibly one of the best of the year.... New F1 game F1 @ Spa MotoGP @ Silverstone BTCC @ Rockingham Indcar, WSBK, DTM and WRC All wrapped up in a Bank holiday!!!! I'm happy, the wife not so much. |

I have very fond memories of G-Police. It got me thinking of a game that was very similar, The Killing Cloud on the old Amiga. If I remember correctly, it was quite advanced for its day (rose tinted glasses may be in effect!). |

I recently upgraded to a ps4 pro and decided to attach the same 4tb drive. Not having to manage the 500gb storage is worth every penny, but i have filled 3tb and expect to upgrade again by the end of the year. The addition of external staorage to the ps4 was long overdue. I wonder how long it is until we start receiving 2/3 disk games due to 4k textures. |

Loving having a Llamasoft on current gen! Jeff Minter had such a rough ride with MS and then with the travesty with TXK and Atari. Hopefully, this is gonna fill the coffers at the farm and allow more development and currys for Jeff ! I may have to dig the old Jaguar out and play some Tempest 2000 (the only reason that lump is still in my attic!) |

Japan are rightly wary of streaming such niche products as Persona. Just look at YouTube right now... Im sure that 95% of Persona can be taken out of context and be portrayed as offensive. Keep it private. Laugh, giggle and guffaw at the crazy anime! Leave the drama to YouTube. |

Accessible games will always be the best sellers..... The basic skills for entry to gaming has increased generation by generation. Yet, good designers can bring new people onboard. The mantra "Easy to play, hard to master" will always be the basis of a hit. Psyonix deserve all they receive. I hope they refine the idea and create a new E-Sport (The idea if Rocket League in 5 years is unfathomable!). My soul also shakes at the idea of SkySportsRL!!! |

@extravagantnonsense I think they will have completed the journey of making twin stick shooters after the collaboration with Jarvis. I mean, what else will there be to achieve in the genre? I can't imagine what genre I would like them to attempt. Maybe a diablo type affair? |

One of the nicest gaming weekends ever! Sublime campaign, the bold claims via the EG review are justified. The campaign design is inspired, bold and touching. BT is voiced to perfection. MP is rapid, tight, beautiful and fun. A good touch is the ping and data centre options. Sales don't matter! I'm playing and so are others..... as long as that happens, smiles will be had and adventure's told! Take a bow Respawn.... You deserve it! |
