Take a lot at the Top 10 - it's full of garbage (if you're wondering about tastes)

Having said that, I never felt Nintendo UK advertised well enough, save for the Wii and DS

Digital Foundry vs Watch Dogs on Wii U

ChanTheMan

It's funny, though pathetic reading comments from these know-it-alls saying Wii U is for kids etc. They look as stupid as companies like UbiSoft and bullshit statements, ie: for games like this port. Produce the same crap too

As the world is more than happy to accept second best such as most games out now, I guess these fucking morons' comments come as no surprise. You fucks don't know any better and since all you care about is fucking resolutions, you'll play any old shit so as long as it's 'mature'. But as your heads are so far up your arses you don't realise what you say is far from mature

You are the generation of now, which is nothing to be proud of. These corporate machines have you by the balls, but you'll never know it because you keep buying their broken, half arsed games so as long it's 1080p(!)

Next gen? Sure. The 'best' games are ports or remakes from the previous generation. Figure that one out

Sadly, this is the world today. With gaming, a lot of these blinded 'gamers' don't actually see what they're playing are the same games

Sure, I don't condone Nintendo with sticking to one or two franchises. But at the same time, they make games, not interactive movies or whatever

So these so called gamers then get angry when something that doesn't involve or do the same thing each and every other game they own or play does

And as andy25801 said, this game isn't full of micro-transactions, DLC etc, which is always nice

I'd say the games I've had most/still am having fun with this year are:

Super Mario 3D World
Luigi's Mansion 2
Rayman Legends
Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
Batman Arhkham Origins (yes, even this)

I don't own a PS3, so can't comment on The Last of Us

Played Bioshock Infinite, but it didn't grab me like the first game

And GTA 5 was interesting for about five minutes

It's typical of someone like yourself (MS/Sony fanboy?) to make such a statement. You may as well be like those who think Lady Gaga or Nickelback's music is really good cos there are enough idiots who make their shit sell

Games like GTA 5 (a technical marvel stuck in the stone age) come in with all their pomp, but forget what games are about: fun

Too many games these days try to be films. If I want to watch shit dialogue and crappy acting, it'll cost me a lot less than a £30-50 game

Considering Nintendo have fumbled the Wii U and itself has sold poorly, the fact that this has still sold over a million copies globally isn't half bad

Safe to say that's a fair amount of people who have played it

I wouldn't say those games you mean were hidden (maybe one or two). It's just the simple ignorance of the world, who now, are happy to be hypocrites by labelling themselves hardcore when they play the likes of CoD, FIFA or whatever other copy and paste game that comes out each year. But it's only Nintendo always make the same games, right?

The Wii was low end on graphics, but the games had more soul (no, not the commercial shovelware)

New Super Luigi U review

Poor Luigi. First Gamespot (or was it Destructoid?) gave Luigi's Mansion 2 a low score due to it being 'hard' and now EG do so with this :(

EDIT: Good to see some have sense in the comments section. Of course, all the 'tards are out in force too with their usual Nintendo bashing. I think gamers have got too complacent with the usual drivel they class as 'hardcore' and can't handle it. That the blindly paying stupid money for sub par DLC

Funny how a lot of people are saying Nintendo are making the same games. At least they're not dressing up their same games as new IPs because let's be honest, most of the other stuff isn't hardly anything new at all

And what gets me is that all is forgiven for these games being either new IPs or dressed up in fancy visuals that/trying to be film-like when they're hardly anything new at all. That and these lot will most likely buy all the same guff, ie: Halo, CoD as well

ChanTheMan

Looks nice. Shame for the wait. They could have done with getting this out for the Xmas period and sacked off Wii Fit till the spring, but I guess this will have the better chance of the two to boost any console sales for the spring period

Also: I see many complaining about the same games from Nintendo. The other two companies are no different and whilst 'new' IPs have been announced, a lot of it still feels the same, so it's not just Nintendo it's everybody

It's just Nintendo's games have more colour to them
