@redneon Maybe it had something to do with the lack of rear touch / front touch loveliness. It feels like a game that should be played in your hands, what with it being folded paper and all, so I can get why there might be a slight disconnect on console. I still think it'll be a great game. |

@fragglerocks Your original comment wasn't as nice as that one hah, but your comment feels like you're saying you shouldn't watch a Steven Segal film because it's all bullshit. I think for me, the dodgy voice acting, the over the top story, and in your face action is exactly the reason I want to watch it. It's an FPS cranked up to 11, that someone's actually gone and shot. His music video Bad Motherf*cker made me want to watch more and more, because it's a new take on something that needed refreshing. Take Kung Fury as an example. It's bat shit crazy, and really shouldn't be enjoyable to watch, but it was an absolute masterpiece of pastiche and parody. I'm hoping this will be the same. An hour of my life I can watch shit blow up, stuff be ridiculous, and smile along the way. It feels like the movie equivalent of "The president has been kidnapped by ninjas. Are you a bad enough dude to rescue the president?". And you know what? I'm all in. |

@Bickle2 If you lay the console flat and press lightly on the hard drive section, the console wobbles. It's all down to the tiny little plastic feet on the back. They went for a triangle point system, rather than a square. Obviously, it never wobbles under use, but it does with a wee tap. It means nothing. I know it means nothing. But it still happens. |

Netflix and Spotify have basically stopped all piracy in my house (bar downloading the odd US TV show the day after they air). The 'educate rather than punish' route is a brilliant idea. If someone not in the know was pointed towards Netflix, LoveFilm, NowTV it might just put them off the unwanted chance of viruses and broken computers for what, in the grand scheme of things, is a minimal fee! |
