My favourite PS moment was the first play through of my Asian copy of Demon Souls. I'd read the reviews, watched the videos and got sucked into the 'hard but fair' reputation it had already garnered but playing it was a revelation. Nothing had come close to providing the thrill and terror involved with surviving and winning in this gaming world, and I dont think anything has come close since. It is the best 'gamble' i have ever taken on game. Sheer brilliance. I also have a second favourite which involves playing PixelJunk Monsters. Its the first game me and my future wife played together and has a special place in my heart. She isnt a massive gamer but simplicity of running around and making that Tiki Man dance next to towers to upgrade them was enough to keep us hooked. Great memories. |

| Booting up the old 360 on Friday for some Halo Reach 4 player split screen i had more fun in those couple of hours than i've ever had with Halo:MCC on the Xbone. Its partly to do with the smoothness of the multiplayer, but mostly down to how easy it was to navigate the menus and get into games quickly. |

Ive only just started the first witcher and im hooked. Even that is a beautiful looking game a times and the setting and dialogue is all so fresh still. Sure the combats a bit...different...but once you get used to it makes sense in the way of Geralts fighting style. Got Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition installed and waiting. By the time i finish that the EE of Wild Hunt will probably be out...or Witcher 4! |

Dark Souls 2 dev reveals which bosses people failed at most often
| @MrDurandPierre Sounds like you had pretty much the same experience i did. In the end i had to completely rethink my character and spent far too many souls buffing my defence against dark damage and upgrading my pyromancy glove. Hours of my life spent on one boss...i got the bastard though! :D |
