Without the EG article I would not have been made aware of GamesAnimal TV show 1 Having been made aware, and having read the EG article, I had no choice but to watch it, if only to form an opinion. Agreed, there was no need for the bikini babes bit at the end. Maybe teenage boys will lap it up. Then again, maybe not, what with hardcore only a click away. Was I offended by the bikini babes? ..not really. As for 480p resolution, it didn’t really bother me, given 95% of the show featured a bloke sitting on a couch. It wouldn’t take much effort to up the resolution. Audio also could be improved. Maybe the GamesAnimal plan all along was 80’s resolution, quality, as he is after all the GamesAnimal, a rocker, a tattooist, a gamer! |

Last-night i popped onto YouTube and clicked on various Red Dead Redemption 2 Live videos, kicked back, and watched others play the game. It made for quite good viewing. As nice as RDR2 looks, sounds, it appears to offer the slightly same old, same odd. I've already spent way too much time on horse back during MGS V: TPP. I've already taken part in an epic battle on a moving train during Uncharted. RDR2 is one of those games i have no urge to dash out and buy. Maybe, in a year or two, i'll pick it up if only to have a bash. For the moment, there are only 2 games on my want's radar, and that's Spider Man and Death Stranding |

Why has blackness been singled out? Whenever i purchase a game, not once do i ponder it possible levels of race. Maybe the future of film and game might see their cover art sport a badge, an easy to understand pie chart, pointing out levels of race contained within. |

Being a Sony fan-boy it goes without saying i have zero interested all all things Xbone Sometimes there are exceptions. Forza Horizon 4 + 007 sounds just great! Maybe.. (that's a big mabye) at some point in the future, i just might pick up an Xbone and a copy of Forza Horizon 4, if only to drive the 007 cars :D |

Played it, completed it, loved it. Now where's K&L3 ? Sure the visual's weren't Playstation 3 super polished, but the high frames per second evident, and that added to the grim gritty realness of the pairs predicament. The portrayal of a seedy dirty stinking humid Shanghai was second to none. Over all, the experience felt brutal :D |

Criterion shooter Black now part of the EA Access vault
| Back in the day on my PS2, Black was as good as it got. Tough at first, running out of ammo often. I stuck it out to the end, and boy what an end level, down that tunnel and into a large room filled with enemy fighters. The feeling of warfare has rarely been equaled. Metal Gear Solid The Phantom Pain the next best thing. Sorry guys, i don't rate CoD games, other than Call of duty 4, which had its moments. |

New UK studio from makers of Driveclub, MotorStorm

Driveclub was a big let down. I paid £5 for it and was disappointed. Imagine how those who paid the full whack felt? Boot up Driveclub and the user is greeted with a bland front end that looks tacked on, like they didn’t have time to figure anything out. Start the game, and the 30fps is evident, to anyone used to playing higher frame rate racers such as Gran Turismo. It appears the developers main focus was to create the best looking rain drops ever, to which they succeeded. The look of the tracks mark a step forward in detail, but feel short. Driveclub feels slow, sluggish, with something missing. I gave up on within days of purchase. |

World Health Organisation now lists "hazardous gaming" as health disorder
| Games come and go, while some grab hold and never let go. I’m a self confessed Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain addict. The addiction to that one game has put other games on hold. I start new games, and keep on thinking about MGSV. The joke is, I’ve completed the game, story wise atleast, but there is 25% remaining. Completing the story isn’t enough. The thrill jumping out the helicopter, loaded with weapons, taking down the enemy has never grows dull. There is no other game like it. The times of eerie silence away from the enemy, chills. Even when there is no time to play, I must login once every 24hrs if only to receive the login bonus, which accumulates to buy much needed upgrades. |

My ‘to buy’ list in 2018: Spider-Man Detroit: Become Human Resident Evil Gold Edition Death Stranding - assuming it shows up ;) Possibly maybe: Gran Turismo Sport Horizon Zero Dawn 2018 is looking like a slow year on the games front. PS4 hits 70m sold

Impressive! As i sit here i can see my PS2, PS3 and PS4 all plugged and ready to roll. The plan is to add a PS4 Pro + VR set to the collection sooner rather than later. Can't wait to play Resident Evil VR :D I actually own 2x PS2, the original big one and a smaller slim with flip open CD. It's the big one i have set up. Like wise, its the 2nd shape PS3 set up, as my original shape PS3 overheated. It's the first time i've had issue with Sony hardware. |
