Route 209 Pokémon, trainers and items

Route 209 is a fairly short route running east from Hearthome City, and then turning up northwards towards Solaceon Town. Along it you'll find plenty of items and a good few trainers, along with a strange crumbled ruin where you can place that Odd Keystone, and the Lost Tower.

If you've interacted with at least 32 different NPCs in the Gand Underground, you can put the Odd Keystone into that little ruin in the south-east of the route to get an encounter with a one-off Pokémon, Spiritomb! More details on how all that works in our dedicated guide on how to get Spiritomb and the Odd Keystone explained.

For now though, in this guide we'll just be focusing on your main quest, which means working your way through this route towards the Lost Tower first, and then onwards to the north. Collect everything you fancy, then head into the Tower!

There is also a Honey Tree on this route, which has its own Honey Tree Pokémon spawn list.

Lost Tower Pokémon, trainers and items

The Lost Tower is a haunting cemetary tower that rises up from Route 209's north-eastern section.

Inside are just a small number of Pokémon, but also some very useful items - including the Strength app for your Pokétch and the related TMs for it! Travel all the way to the top to get it from the elderly couple there, and battle trainers and collect some items along the way while you're at it.
