Octodad to receive free DLC with "Octodad Shorts"

Octodad: Dadliest Catch will be getting free DLC later this summer with the recently announced "Octodad Shorts" add-ons.

Octodad takes on Surgeon Simulator, which itself was inspired by the original Octodad. It's like the octopus eating its own tentacle.

The new chapters will be short vignettes set in the Octodad universe. One represents our tentacled hero's first date with his now-wife Scarlet, while the other is a fictitious medical drama made up by Octodad's children, Tommy and Stacy.

These add-ons will contain over 40 new objectives, 20 breakable plates, new octopus sounds, and "probably a pizza". Developer Young Horses also made a point to mention that there won't be any new stealth missions, because who wants that?

Young Horses revealed on its official site that these will be coming in "weeks" to PS4, PC, Mac and Linux.
