No Doubt vs. Activision lawsuit settled

Gwen Stefani-fronted band No Doubt has finally settled its lawsuit with Band Hero publisher Activision.
The group put Activision in the Doghouse after discovering the game let digital versions of themselves sing other artists' songs, turning them into "virtual karaoke players".
Activision was due in court to contest charges of fraud, violation of publicity rights and breach of contract on 15th October, Gamesindustry International reported. But when it came to Push and Shove, the matter was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount.
Activision unsuccessfully tried to have the case, which has been Running for some time, dismissed out of court, but the judge said that, Underneath It All, the lawsuit would have to go to trial.
Despite being Just a Girl, Stefani and her group have fought the case for nearly three years. That's a long time to be Trapped in a Box.
Hopefully the group are Happy Now and can finally Settle Down. Squeal!
