MGS3 gets first public showing in Germany
Hideo Kojima will be on hand at the German Games Convention this August, and Konami will debut Metal Gear Solid 3, Pro Evolution Soccer 4 and others.
PS2 exclusive sneak-'em-up Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater will receive its first public showing at this year's Games Convention event in Germany. According to reports, series creator Hideo Kojima will be attending GC 2004 in Leipzig between August 19th and 22nd, conducting interviews and presiding over a press conference, and of course demonstrating MGS3.
Following a successful showing at E3 in May, this is the first time the public has been able to set eyes on MGS3 first hand, and also marks the playable debut of Pro Evolution Soccer 4 (PS2/Xbox/PC) according to reports, alongside a Konami line-up that includes Silent Hill 4 (PS2/Xbox), the Dancing Stage titles and new addition U Move Super Sports for PS2/EyeToy.
But don't worry if you can't make it to Germany next month, because both MGS3 and PES4 are expected to make a public showing during this year's London trade events, with PES4 already confirmed to appear at public show Game Stars Live.
