New Ratchet & Clank game announced

Four-player co-op this autumn.

Insomniac has announced a new Ratchet & Clank game subtitled All 4 One. It's due this autumn and the hook is co-op.

A quartet of friends can band together online or offline in same-screen co-op, and drop in or drop out on a whim. Returning heroes Ratchet and Clank will be joined by Dr Nefarious and Captain Qwark, and the squad will run, jump, blast and collect bolts.

Collaborative weapons like an electric tether will be on offer, and the team can be fired from a giant canon or slingshot.

All 4 One will be presented isometrically and is made by Insomniac North Carolina. A man called Chad demoed the game on the Sony gamescom 2010 conference stage. Thanks Chad.
