Minecraft gets iOS release

Pocket Edition hits the App Store tomorrow.

Minecraft: Pocket Edition arrives on the App Store tomorrow morning.

Priced at your local equivalent of $9.99, it's a universal app and the same game that has been available on the Android Marketplace for the last three months or so.

Don't expect the full Minecraft experience though - it's a slimmed-down take on Notch's world-building indie phenomenon, with no online play.

Meanwhile, the full, final PC version of the game is due to launch later this week.
