Mass Effect Andromeda - Peebee missions Secret Project, The Remnant Scanner, A Mysterious Remnant Signal
How to complete the squadmate's quests, including their Loyalty Mission.
Mass Effect Andromeda's Peebee is one of your squadmates that'll be exploring the new galaxy with, has several quests on offer along the way.
One of these is A Mysterious Remnant Signal, Peebee's Loyalty Mission, a key optional mission recommended if you want to flesh out the character's story further.

Secret Project
Speak to Peebee in the Escape Pod on the Tempest bridge and then take her to Voeld. Head to the marker and take out the Remnant around the relic, and then break out your scanner: there's a single glyph on the side of the column on the west.
Once you've found it activate the relic and solve the Remnant Decryption puzzle before returning to your ship.
The Museum Trip
This mission is simply a brief cutscene - Peebee's has one too many Angaran cocktails!
The Remnant Scanner
Head to Eos with Peebee and make your way to the western edge of the large lake to the east of the map. Activate the console to raise some columns and then use them to jump across to the island.
When you grab the Remnant technology a few Raiders will show up, so deal with them and then head towards the large structure on the western edge of the island. Activate the console to open a Gravity Well that will transport you back to the mainland.
Head to Havarl and make your way to the next waypoint. Use the gravity well to descent into the Remnant Abyss, open the main door, and use the console inside to open the side doors.
Deal with the Remnant that appear and then head down the slope on the south side of the room.
As you make your way down the passage you'll come across a few more Remnant, and when you reach the large central chamber you'll have to deal with both Remnant and Raider foes, although you can hang back and let them thin their own numbers out a bit first. Once the coast is clear open the small door and grab the technology before retracing your steps.
Off to Kadara now. Head through the Badlands to the Raider base and deal with the inhabitants, then loot the Remnant relic stashed behind the pile of crates outside. It's empty, so head back to Kadara Port and meet up with Peebee again to complete the mission.
Reclaiming Poc
This a simple fetch quest: head to Kadara and find Peebee in the bar, then take her with you to Elaaden, head for the marker, and reclaim Poc from the scavenger inside.
A Mysterious Remnant Signal
Peebee's scanner has detected something, so make your way to the Pas-10 in the Inalaara system. After a bumpy landing make your way through the cavern until you find some dormant Remnant.
A little further on is a Remnant console, and activating it will cause a nearby Observer to activate. Scan the pillars blocking your path and he'll open it for you.
Follow the cave a bit further until you emerge outside. Climb up the rocks to your right to locate another console, and then take cover - the door takes a long time to open, and Remnant will pour in to attack.
When the door finally opens and the coast is clear, head down the valley until you reach another dead end. Use the console to begin extending the antenna to make a bridge, and then hold position again as more Remnant arrive.

Once the path is open jump from the end of the antenna to the rocky outcrop and follow the path round the edge.
You'll come to another dead end with a few Remnant milling around - deal with them and then shoot the marked rock to reveal a console. Activate it and then scan the weakened rock that SAM points out to you and a tame Observer will make you a path.
You'll shortly end up inside the Remnant vault where you'll face four waves of mercenaries that need to be defeated before you can access the console to deploy another tame Observer.
Scan the console located above the door in the north corner of the room and he'll open it for you, leading you towards another group of mercs.
Take them out then use the dispenser/scanner combo to give you a bridge across the lava and your final goal. During the ensuing cutscene a QTE will allow you to shoot Kalinda - as with most of the decisions you've faced so far the difference in outcome is minor, so go with your conscience.
Either way the mission will conclude and you will have earned Peebee's loyalty.
