Marvel vs. Capcom 3 DLC delayed

Capcom puts Jill and Shuma-Gorath on hold.

Capcom has postponed the launch of Jill and Shuma-Gorath downloadable characters for fighting game Marvel vs. Capcom 3 following last week's earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

The DLC was due out on Xbox Live Marketplace and the PlayStation Store tomorrow.

The announcement was made at Capcom's Japanese official site, and reported by Andriasang. We're checking with Capcom now on the status of the DLC's European release.

Sony said today there "may be instances" where the PlayStation Network is difficult to connect to, and that some content updates will be delayed.
