Level 5's Ghost Watch revealed for 3DS

Kid sees dead people.

Last year Level 5 showed off a trailer of a mysterious game called Ghost Watch, but neglected to announce a platform or much info about it.

Now the latest issue of Japanese gaming magazine CoroCoromagazine (via Siliconera) has revealed that Ghost Watch is in development for 3DS.

The game is a boy who wears a watch that allows him to see ghosts. It looks like he also fights, befriends and collects them ala the Shin Megami Tensei series or Pokemon.

We still don't know if it's coming to the west, but Level 5 did just announce a bunch of 3DS eShop games coming to Europe, so it's not entirely unlikely. We've followed up with the studio to see what we can find out and will let you know if we hear anything.

In the meantime, check out Ghost Watch's debut trailer below.
