Chase Harrison. He'll eventually be stopped by a police blockade but if you can run him off the road before then you'll earn the Nowhere in a Hurry trophy - you can either try and make a PIT manoeuvre or hope that a set of traffic lights work in your favour.

Location: Coombs Automotive Co.

  • Description of suspect: Good Cop (or Truth in the original version).
  • Association with Marquee: Good Cop (or Truth in the original version).
  • Check Payment details: Bad Cop (or Doubt in the original version).

Use the gamewell (police phone).

Location: 146 North Fremont Ave.

After discovering it's an empty lot, return to HQ.

Drive quickly to to get there before Jean Archer leaves.

Getting these three correct will earn the trophy Femme Imbecile.

Once you've spoken to him look in his ledger and point out the name Bigelow.

Location: 58 Industrial Street

When you arrive a shootout will start. There are quite a few bad guys to take down, and if you can kill one by shooting the engine block on them you'll earn the Chop Shop trophy - wait for one to take cover behind the desk below it, then shoot it to drop it on them.

Once the coast is clear, head to the offices upstairs at the back of the building.

Clues:

  • Delivery Note on the table.
  • Betting slips on the table.
  • Box of pink slips on the table behind Bigelow.
