Manifest Destiny

Another day, another body.

Location: The 111 Club

Clues:

  • Examine the body at evidence marker A
  • Examine the instrument case at evidence marker B. Look at each of the three mouthpieces to reveal a hidden compartment; inside is a Blue Room Jazz Club Ticket and Morphine syringe.
  • Examine the body at evidence marker C. In the jacket pocket is a Morphine Syrette.
  • In the back room is a crate fill of Valor Cigarettes.
  • Just past the crates is a rack of BAR rifles.

Interview the Hostess:

  • Club Shooting Incident: Bad Cop (or Doubt in the original version).
  • Knowledge of McGoldrick: Good Cop (or Truth in the original version).

Location: The Blue Room

Interview Elsa Lichtmann:

  • Army Surplus Morphine: Bad Cop (or Doubt in the original version).
  • Morphine Overdose Victims: Bad Cop (or Doubt in the original version).

Location: The Mocambo Club

Interview Meyer Harris Cohen:

  • Finkelstein Drug Operation: Bad Cop (or Doubt in the original version).
  • 111 Club Shooting Incident: Bad Cop (or Doubt in the original version).

Location: Police Station

In the briefing room examine the manifest and point at the circled items.

Location: Bus Shooting

Head round the left of the building and climb the ladder at the back and deal with the shooter.

Clues:

  • In the left pocket of the body is a notebook with a phone number and restaurant table.
  • Examine the gun next to the body.

Interview Felix Alvarro:

  • Informed of Coolridge Heist: Bad Cop (or Doubt in the original version).
  • Motive for Shooting: Accuse (or Lie in the original version). Evidence: Sniper's Pocketbook.

Location: Kelso's Apartment

Take Kelso to the Station.

Location: Hollywood Police Department

Interview Jack Kelso:

Chase down and shoot the fleeing suspects.

Location: Alleyway Crime Scene

Clues:

  • Examine the pockets of the body closest to you to find a copy of the Manifest and a notebook detailing a meeting with Courtney Sheldon.
  • Examine the gun next to the body.
  • Between the bodies is a newspaper.

Location: Grauman's Chinese Theater

Chase the shooters.

Location: Hollywood Post Office

Take down the shooters - there are three in the main foyer area, and one behind the counters.

  • Examine the body to the right. In his left hand is a business card for Polar Bear Ice.
  • Examine the body down the hall. In his right pocket is a Note with an address.

Location: Meeting Place

Another gunfight. This is turning into quite a bloody day...
