Guardians of the Galaxy meets Mega Man in retro reimagining

Marvellous.

Ever wondered what Guardians of the Galaxy would be like as a retro platformer?

No? Well, now you'll wish that you had the idea first.

YouTube channel Cinefix has come up with a video showcasing the best bits from Marvel's sci-fi film, converted into a SNES-style adventure.

The gameplay, such that it is, seems to be heavily based off of Capcom's classic Mega Man series. Stand by for retro speech bubbles, fighting trees and some glorious chiptunes.
