Act 4 Chapter 1
There is one collectible in this chapter.
1. Locust Shell Disposal Form: Shortly after you start the chapter, you'll come across an open area with a big letter C on the right wall. Opposite that wall, and before you cross the walkway, you'll find the collectible in the corner.
Act 4 Chapter 2
There is one collectible in this chapter.
1. COG Tag (K. Rush): Not long once you start this chapter, as you walk down a sloping hill, there is a cog on the side with a body next to it. Investigate the corpse to get the COG Tag.
Act 4 Chapter 3
There is one collectible in this chapter.
1. COG Orders: After you climb the sets of ladders, you have a firefight out in the open before you go into the dam entrance. Once the fight is over, you have to go into a building on the left and head up the stairs; instead of going up, go right, and grab the collectible on the ground by the barrels.
Act 4 Chapter 4
There are a total of two collectibles in this chapter.
1. COG Tag (P. Wood): After the section where you sprint across the turbines, you start exploring indoors again. After opening a double locked door, go into the control room on the left, where a set of collectible COG Tags are on the ground behind a console.
2. Rations Schedule for Abandoned Gears: Following the firefight around with the first set of giant chains, continue to the corridor beyond. The route ahead will take you through a red door right, but instead, go left at the wall saying '13E', where the collectible is found on some crates in the corner.
Act 4 Chapter 5
There are a total of two collectibles in this chapter.
1. COG Tag (E. Yates): As soon as you get into the substation - after the windflare section with the lighting bolts - go into the room on the right to find the COG Tag on the desk.
2. Letter: After you blow up the transformer to clear a doorway, the following room has a corridor with a row of sandbags you can vault over on the right. Do so, and inside the room, grab the collectible on the ground.
