UPDATE: Dishonored will be added to April's PlayStation Plus offering, Sony has revealed.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe had mentioned Arkane's well-received adventure in the run up to the announcement of March's PlayStation Plus offering, leading some to wonder whether it had been pulled at the last minute.
In a tweet SCEE confirmed it's now coming next month for PlayStation 3.
Four days before the centenary of the assassination of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand, Ubisoft is revealing its interactive tribute to the soldiers of the First World War with Valiant Hearts. Did you know that embroidery was a popular pastime throughout the PoW camps of the First World War? It kept the hands and minds of the men engaged when it must have been near impossible to consider anything other than their current predicament. If ever I learnt that at school then it is knowledge that I've long since forgotten, but I definitely recall being told of the ravages of trench foot and how soldiers lost toes to prolonged exposure to the wet, oozing mud. A child's mind has a peculiar talent for retaining the outlandishly gruesome, I suppose.
Valiant Hearts: The Great War - Ubisoft's puzzle adventure about World War One - is slated for a 25th June release on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
Ubisoft's pushing all the right buttons when it comes to its digital releases, and on top of the wonderful looking Child of Light it revealed another imaginative new game earlier this week in the shape of Valiant Hearts. Harking back to the harrowing backdrop of the Great War, it tells the stories of numerous soldiers as they work their way through the hell of trench warfare.
Ubisoft has revealed Valiant Hearts: The Great War, a 2D puzzle adventure that follows five WW1 survivors of different nationalities.
