More NeverDead DLC announced

New playable character, challenges due next week.

A second batch of NeverDead DLC arrives on 29th February, publisher Konami has announced.

NeverDead Expansion Pack Volume 2 adds new playable character NADA Chief Sullivan to the gam's online modes as well as two costumes for protagonist Bryce Boltzmann.

You'll also get three new challenges for the expanded Sewers level - 'Egg Hunt', in which you'll compete to collect valuables; 'Fragile Alliance', which sees competitors race to a series of checkpoints; and 'Onslaught', which tasks you with dispatching armies of demons.

Konami has announced the first DLC for Rebellion's head-rolling action game NeverDead.

It adds a new character, expands the Asylum level, adds three new challenges and two new costumes for main character Bryce Boltzmann.

The NeverDead Expansion Pack Volume 1 launches on 21st February.

The quirky horror game from Shinta Nojiri UK studio Rebellion Software launches on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Konami said today NeverDead will "be the focus" of DLC and add-ons, which it will announce soon.

PES global sales shoot past 70 million

Konami reports solid figures.

Worldwide sales of Pro Evolution Soccer have shot past the 70 million sales barrier, Konami has announced.

As it prepares to launch the next game in the series, PES 2012, Konami said the football franchise continues to "uphold strong repeat sales".

The Japanese publisher saw a 3.3 per cent increase in revenue during the first three months of its 2012 financial year to 54,915 million yen (423m). Profit for the quarter was 4,043 million yen (31m) up a whopping 220 per cent.

Aliens vs. Predator developer Rebellion has a third person shooter in the works for Sony's forthcoming NGP handheld, and is shopping its reworked game engine to publishers in search of more work.
