Red Johnson! Fancy Pants! Battle: LA!

The European PlayStation Store has wolfed down an early helping of Easter offerings this week.

Slashed in price is Eurogamer 10/10 scoring PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX - down to 3.99. Elsewhere Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is just 5.10 and God of War Ghost of Sparta is cut to 11.99.

New releases include alien invasion movie tie-in Battle: Los Angeles. It's a first-person shooter where you can shoot aliens and be American. Yeehaw! Plus there's the first slice of episodic murder-mystery title Red Johnson's Chronicles to enjoy, although Plus subscribers will enjoy it a little bit more at half price.

The PSP has narrowly missed retaking the weekly Japanese hardware crown just a month after the launch of the 3DS.

The Complete Collection hits in April.

Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection launches in Europe and PAL territories on 22nd April, Square Enix has announced.

The PlayStation Portable game releases as a Special Edition, which includes Art Cards and a screen-cleaning cloth decorated with Cecil character design in a fold-out presentation box. It also includes downloadable content for upcoming PSP game Dissidia 012[duodecim] Final Fantasy.

The Complete Collection unifies the characters and storylines from Final Fantasy IV and sequel The After Years into one game. There's an all-new scenario that links the two, enhanced visuals, a Gallery Mode and CG movies and illustrations.

Square Enix has put a spring release date on the Final Fantasy IV: Complete Collection for PSP.

What's so complete about it? All the characters and stories from both Final Fantasy IV and sequel The After Years are stuffed in.

There's a bit of guff linking the two games together, and the graphics and sound have been spruced up. What's more, Square Enix has crammed some drawings by Yoshitaka Amano in. You can look at them.

A new version of SNES RPG classic Final Fantasy IV is heading to the PSP, incorporating recent WiiWare expansion The After Years as well as the 1991 original.
