The PS3 Store refresher boasts new games, demos and DLC aplenty, while PlayStation Home opens a new Events Space for Buzz!

Get questions right and a tomato will be lobbed at a rotating Buzz statue. Get 10 questions right in a row and you will unlock a tomato head to put on your Home avatar.

Smash Cars and Battle Tanks are the low-key PSN additions, although their price - £12 and £8 respectively - is steep. Conversely, Crash Commando has had a price-cut to promote new content added today.

Along with the new Buzz! HQ area.

Two new spaces are set to launch in PlayStation Home today.

According to the PlayStation Blog that'll include Buzz! HQ, where you can take part in 64-player quiz games. Points, prizes and special events are promised.

Meanwhile, EA is opening a new Fight Night space in the form of a boxing-themed nightclub. Expect an interactive DJ game, rewards and "plenty of places to chill" (here on the deck?) "with your nearest and dearest Home-boys and Home-girls". Marvellous.

Fight Night Round 4 remains undefeated at the top of the UK All-Formats chart for a second week, out-punching competition from sibling newcomer Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10.

Fight Night Round 4 has become the first boxing game to top the UK All-Formats chart upon release. Perhaps it will now go to America and never be heard of again.

EA Sports president Peter Moore has sought to explain why boxer Mike Tyson, a convicted rapist, was chosen to appear alongside Mohammed Ali on the cover of Fight Night Round 4.

Clad in a gold robe and flanked by three former world champions, the irrepressible Peter Moore entered the ring in Vancouver on Wednesday morning to announce the latest instalment in EA's Fight Night series.

Fight Night: Round 4 may not have been on display at this week's major EA Sports showcase at the publisher's Canada HQ, but its unveiling made a big impact as boxing legends Lennox Lewis and Sugar Ray Leonard sparred with middleweight Ronald "Winky" Wright in a lengthy motion-capture session in front of press.

Moore enthused: "The champ is back. It's being developed right here in EAC, and it will be launched in 2009. And not only that, it will have all of the world's great fighters, including Iron Mike Tyson, in the game itself."
